1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water (110ยฐF)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
