Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened
Incorporate shredded beef back into the pot
Add rice and bay leaves, and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is cooked
Stir in ground walnuts and spices, and simmer for another 10 minutes
Season with salt, black pepper, and vinegar to taste
Garnish with chopped cilantro and parsley before serving
