Remove the salmon from the skillet and take out the rosemary stems, leaving the oil in the pan.
Add the sauce to the skillet, bring it to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat to thicken, stirring frequently.
Return the salmon slices to the skillet, brushing the sauce over them gently to avoid breaking them apart.
Add fresh lemon slices on top of the salmon and brush them with the sauce.
Place another piece of rosemary on top for garnish.
Plate the salmon and drizzle with sauce before serving.
