Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Use a knife to swirl the topping into the batter gently.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
