1

Unwrap a sheet of crescent rolls carefully.

2

Place parchment paper on the baking pan or use the pan directly.

3

In a mixing bowl, combine 6 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

4

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

5

Spread the cream cheese mixture down the middle of the crescent roll sheet.

6

Add raspberry filling on top of the cream cheese mixture.

7

Cut the sides of the crescent roll sheet on a diagonal about 1 inch apart.

8

Fold the cut strips over the filling, alternating sides to create a braid effect.

9

Pinch the ends to seal the filling inside.

10

Brush an egg mixture on top of the braided strudel (optional).

11

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 10 minutes.

12

Let cool slightly before drizzling icing made with water and powdered sugar on top.

13

Slice and serve.
