Cut the chicken into about 1-inch thick pieces and grind them in a food processor.

Mince the onion and garlic in the food processor by adding garlic cloves and onion while pulsing.

In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with salt, ground black pepper, 1 large egg, and the minced onion and garlic.

Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix until combined.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the meat mixture into balls using your hands or an ice-cream scoop.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Juice the oranges for the sauce.

In a pan, combine orange juice, water, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, Sriracha, and dark brown sugar.

Bring the sauce to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer and add the baked meatballs.

Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 20 minutes, stirring in between until the sauce reduces and thickens.
