1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt (to taste)
