1 can of fresh cream (250 ml)

Combine 1 cup fine semolina, 3/4 cup sugar, and 5 cups milk in a mixing bowl.

Mix everything together and put on the stovetop, stirring while it boils.

Once thickened, keep aside this consistency.

Moisten a glass container with water and drain.

Pour the prepared semolina mixture while hot into the container and spread evenly.

Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.

Prepare sugar syrup by combining 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan.

Add 2 pinches of saffron and boil for 5 minutes, stirring.

Add 1 tbsp rose water and 1/2 tsp lime juice to the syrup and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.

After 2 hours, remove the semolina from the fridge.

Decorate with 1 can of fresh cream and garnish with pistachios.
