Start by preparing custard with 250 grams custard powder and a little milk, mixing until smooth.
Add 200 grams milkmaid and mix well.
Incorporate 300 grams sugar and 2 liters of milk, mixing thoroughly.
Add a pinch of salt and some orange food color, then cook over medium heat until thickened.
Once the custard is ready, set it aside.
Chop onions, tomatoes, and green chilies for the beef sambol preparation.
Heat oil in a pot and add the chopped onions, sautéing until browned.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Stir in chili powder and green chilies, mixing well.
Add the beef and cook until browned.
Incorporate cumin seeds and turmeric, mixing thoroughly.
Add yogurt and water to the mixture, then cover and cook until the beef is tender.
Once cooked, add salt to taste and mix well before serving.
