Add diced pork and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Incorporate chopped tomatoes and green chilies; stir well.

Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and cover; cook for 1-1.5 hours until pork is tender.
