500 grams egg noodles
1.5 tablespoons peanut oil
150 grams mung bean sprouts

Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and slice into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix 60ml soy sauce, 30ml shaoxing wine, 20g honey, 10ml sesame oil, 60g oyster sauce, and 12g arrowroot to make the sauce.

Marinate chicken with 2 tablespoons of the sauce and ground white pepper for 30 minutes.

Shred 150g Chinese cabbage and julienne 2 carrots.

Boil a large pot of water and cook 500g egg noodles for 1 minute less than package instructions, then drain.
