1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
500g ground pork
1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup whole milk
400g spaghetti
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Remove the casing from the pork sausages and crumble the meat into a large skillet.
