Oven Style Jerk Pork

2 lbs bone-in pork shoulder
2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 inch sliced ginger
1 tsp fresh thyme

Wash the bone-in pork shoulder and slice it into steaks.

Season the pork with jerk seasoning, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, sliced ginger, and fresh thyme.

Cover the seasoned pork and place it in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
