300 g Flour

100 g Chopped almonds
50 g Coarse sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

Whisk in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract into the melted butter until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the raisins and walnuts gently into the batter.
