1 liter milk
4 tbsp corn flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp rose water
1 tbsp ground pistachios

Add a little bit of the milk to the cornflour and mix well to avoid lumps.

Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to boil.

Add the sugar to the boiling milk and stir until it dissolves.

Lower the heat and add the cornflour and milk mixture, stirring until the mixture thickens (about 10 to 15 minutes).

Add the ground cardamom and rose water, stirring for a few more minutes.
