2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup hot water

In a bowl, beat together mascarpone and sugar until smooth.

Add cold whipping cream and beat until smooth. Set aside.

Dip lady fingers in coffee mixture. Don’t soak, just quickly dip both sides.

Lay in a tiramisu cake mold (10x40x6 cm). Or any pan available for you.

Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture then add another layer of dipped lady fingers. Smooth remaining mascarpone mixture on top and spread evenly.

Dust with cocoa powder generously on top.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
