Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan-forced.

Slice the sweet potato into 1 centimeter thick pieces.

Place the sweet potato slices on a lined baking tray without adding oil.

Bake the sweet potato slices in the oven for about 10 minutes, checking to ensure they don't burn.

While the sweet potato is baking, cut up an avocado.

Once the sweet potato is done, check for softness by piercing with a fork.
