1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml)
1 can evaporated milk (360ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

Prepare the caramel by melting sugar in a pan until golden brown and pour into the molds.

In a bowl, combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes using down heat only, or steam for about 60 minutes over low heat.
