1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon mixed spice
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 slices bread
1 cup beef stock
2 grated carrots
2 chopped onions
salt
pepper
bay leaves
1 cup milk
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 stick cinnamon
2 cups water
butter
2 teaspoons sugar

Heat oil in a cast iron frying pan.

Add chopped onions and fry until translucent.

Add minced garlic and cook briefly.

Add ground beef and cook until well done, about 5-10 minutes.

Sprinkle spices over the beef mixture.

Add soaked bread and beef stock to the pan, mix until pliable.

Transfer mixture to a 10 by 14 casserole dish.
