1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp sugar
2 slices white bread
1 cup milk
handful of raisins
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, mix 1 pound of ground beef with 1 chopped onion, 2 tbsp of curry powder, and 1 tbsp of sugar.

Add 2 slices of white bread soaked in 1 cup of milk, squeeze out the milk, and crumble the bread into the meat mixture.

Add a handful of raisins and a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix everything together until well combined.

Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and press down firmly.

For the topping, beat 2 eggs with the leftover milk and pour it over the meat mixture.
