400 g ground turkey

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Sauté 1 teaspoon butter at medium-high heat until melted.

Add 1 chopped onion and 1 minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Stir in 1 tablespoon curry powder and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder along with 28 g (1 oz) crushed raw walnuts, sautéing for about 1 minute.

Add 400 g ground turkey, sea salt, black pepper, juice from 1 lemon, and 1/4 cup skim milk to the skillet, mixing well until the turkey is browned, about 5 minutes.

Incorporate 1 chopped green apple, 30 g rolled oats, 1 whole egg, and 40 g dry raisins into the mixture, mixing thoroughly.

Line a baking pan with lemon oil and pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it into an even layer.

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

While the casserole is baking, prepare the topping by whisking together 1 cup skim milk, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, and some sea salt in a bowl, then set aside.

After 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and pour the topping evenly over the casserole.

Leave the casserole uncovered and bake for another 10 minutes.
