In a pot heat water and add carrot, onion, green onion, green coriander, garlic, chicken with bones, black peppercorns, bay leaves and simmer for 1 hour. Remove the scum in between. Set aside.
In another pot add the prepared and strained chicken stock. Now add sweet corn, boiled chicken, salt and bring it to a boil.
Now add slurry and cook until it starts to thicken.
Add egg whites while stirring continuously. Your delicious Chicken Corn Soup is ready.
