Garlic powder is easier to use and store.
Start by adding 2 cups of all-purpose flour to a mixer.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour.
Using the whisk attachment, whisk all the ingredients together until combined.
Remove the whisk attachment and attach the dough hook.
Add 1 cup of zero fat Greek yogurt to the mixture.
Turn the mixer on to medium speed and mix until a dough ball forms, then continue mixing for 1 more minute.
Knead the dough by hand for 3 minutes on a floured surface.
Set the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, pour in 1/4 cup of olive oil.
Mince 4 large garlic cloves into a paste and add to the olive oil.
Chop a small handful of fresh Italian parsley and mix it into the garlic oil.
After resting, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, each about 1/3 cup.
Roll each piece into an oblong shape, about 1/4 inch thick, ensuring it's not paper thin.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add a tiny splash (about 1/2 teaspoon) of olive oil to the skillet.
Place the first naan in the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the naan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, checking for doneness.
Repeat the cooking process for the remaining naans.
