GF Bread Flour : 1 cup
Yeast : 1/2 tsp
Grinded powdered Sugar : 1 tbsp
Warm water : 1/4 cup
Egg : 1
Oil : 1 tbsp
Yogurt: 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Baking powder : 1/4 tsp
Warm milk : 1/4 cup
Butter : 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic : 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander: few leaves

Take warm water in a bowl, add sugar and yeast. Set aside it for 5 - 10 minutes.

Add GF bread flour in a bowl. Add salt and baking powder and mix well.

Add egg, oil, yogurt, yeast water mixture, and warm milk. Mix with spatula and then knead with hands to make a soft and smooth dough.

Cover it and place on a warm place for 1 hour.

Meanwhile prepare butter garlic spread by mixing butter, garlic, and fresh coriander.

After 1 hour, slightly knead the dough again. Then roll it with flour to make it smooth.

Divide the dough into three portions. Take one portion and roll it with a rolling pin (Can be spread with hands).

Heat up a non-stick pan and place naan on it for cooking. Spread butter garlic spread on it.

Then cover the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Then turn the side and cook the other side as well.
