Pour 120 grams of water in a mixing bowl.
Add 13 grams of vegetable oil and 120 grams of plain yogurt to the bowl and mix well.
Add 60 grams of sourdough starter and mix again.
Add 300 grams of all-purpose flour, mixing in half first to incorporate.
Add 6 grams of pink himalayan salt and mix well before adding the rest of the flour.
Use hands to mix all the dough in the bowl, then knead on a working table for about 20 minutes until soft and elastic.
Make a ball of dough and place it in a greased bowl, covering it with plastic for about two hours until it doubles in size.
Stretch and fold the dough, then divide it into eight equal pieces.
Roll each piece into balls and let them rest for about 10 minutes, covered with a towel.
Use a rolling pin to shape each piece into circles about 5 inches in diameter, optionally placing cilantro leaves on top before rolling.
Cook the dough in a hot pan with the cilantro side facing up for about 1-2 minutes until it inflates, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Brush the cooked naan with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with cilantro and sea salt before serving.
