1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
medium-sized tomatoes
200 ml water
garam masala powder

Heat oil in a pan until hot.

Make slits in the boiled eggs to prevent bursting.

Fry the boiled eggs in the hot oil until golden and then take them out, keeping aside.

Blend one large onion into a paste.

Add the onion paste to the pan along with 1-2 bay leaves, a piece of cinnamon stick, green cardamom, few black peppers, and few cloves; sauté until the onion turns brown.

Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Stir in 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp red chili powder; adjust chili powder according to taste.

Add a little water to the mixture and continue cooking until oil separates from the sides.

Add tomato puree made from 2 medium-sized tomatoes and fry until the oil separates again.

Add 200 ml of water gradually to achieve the desired gravy consistency; do not add all at once to maintain color and texture.

Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add garam masala powder and mix well before serving.
