1 piece of tuna or salmon (cut into long strips)
3 pieces of crab sticks (kani kama)
1 piece of cucumber (salted and cut into 8 pieces)

Mix the sushi rice with sushi vinegar and let it cool to make vinegared rice. Prepare hand vinegar by mixing water and vinegar.

Place the shiny side of the nori down, wet your hands with hand vinegar, and take about 100g of vinegared rice. Spread it evenly on the nori, leaving a 2 cm gap at the top. Use the remaining rice to fill the bottom edge evenly.

Arrange cucumber, tuna, tamagoyaki, crab sticks, and kanpyou in the center of the rice. Align the nori edge with the rolling mat and lift the mat while pressing the filling down, rolling it towards the end of the rice.

Pinch the roll with your middle and thumb fingers, and fold your index finger to gently press and shape it into a square. Pull the top of the rolling mat and turn it 90 degrees, placing the seam side down to let it set for a while.

Wet and wipe the knife, cut the roll in half, wipe the knife again, and cut each half into quarters to make eight pieces. Serve with wasabi for an adult flavor.
