Warm milk to 110°F and add yeast.
Add beaten eggs, margarine, sugar, and flour to the milk mixture.
Mix all ingredients together.
Preheat oven to 200°F, then turn it off.
Cover the bowl with a damp paper towel and place it in the oven to rise for about 1 hour.
Make frosting by mixing cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar; refrigerate until use.
After dough has risen, prepare a floured surface and dump the dough onto it, covering with paper towels to bring to room temperature.
Roll the dough into a rectangle.
Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon, leaving edges clear.
Cut the dough into thick rolls and place them in an oiled 13x9 baking pan.
Cover the rolls and let them rise until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake rolls for about 20 minutes.
Frost the rolls after baking.
