1

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

2

Add the sugar, butter or margarine, salt, eggs, and flour to the bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until the dough comes clean from the side of the bowl.

3

Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

4

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

5

Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to approximately 16 inches long by 12 inches wide and ¼ inch thick. Spread the ⅓ cup of butter over the dough, then sprinkle with the sugar mixture.

6

Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to the bottom edge to form a log.

7

Cut the roll into 1½ inch slices and place in the greased baking pan. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes until doubled in size.

8

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

9

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

10

While baking, mix the icing ingredients until fluffy and smooth.

11

Spread icing generously over the warm rolls.
