Cut the hardboiled eggs lengthwise.

Chop the pickled mushrooms and pickled cucumbers.

Chop the yellow onion.

In a bowl, mix the chopped mushrooms, pickles, and onion together.

Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well.

Add a little chopped dill and a pinch of ground black pepper to the mixture and taste it.

Spread the tartar sauce mixture on the bottom of a platter.

Place the egg halves on top of the tartar sauce.

Decorate with additional dill and capers.
