Prepare the batter by mixing 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of gram flour, and 2 tablespoons of corn flour in a bowl.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/4 tablespoon of garam masala, and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste to the dry ingredients.

Mix the ingredients together to make a slightly thin batter, adding water little by little until the desired consistency is reached (about 1/2 cup of water).
