Boil the pork in salt and vinegar for about 1 hour.

Let the pork rest for half an hour after boiling.

Slice the pork into very thin pieces.

Fry the onion and garlic with chilies in a little bit of oil.

Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar into the onion mix.

Add mustard sauce into the onion mix.

Add the pickled sauce onto the top of the pork.

Leave it for 2-3 days before using to absorb all the flavors.
