1 bag (12 oz) small shrimp, thawed, peeled, and tailed
Zest of 2 lemons
2 cups finely sliced celery
8 green onions, sliced
1 can super colossal black olives, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 large red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
Horseradish (to taste)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Ketchup (to taste)
Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon celery salt

In a large stainless steel bowl, combine 2 packages of imitation crab meat.

Add 1 bag of thawed small shrimp to the bowl.

Add the zest of 2 lemons to the mixture.
