Egg whites reduce cholesterol while providing protein.

Take the Hamilton Beach mini multi-cooker and open it up.

Place the steamer insert into the bottom of the pot.

Add approximately 3/4 cup of water to the pot until it is just below the large holes of the insert.

Place 3 eggs on the steamer insert, positioning them anywhere you like.

Put the lid back on the multi-cooker.

Press the power button and then select the egg function.

Wait for the lights to indicate that it is heating up; this means the water is boiling.

Once the water boils, the eggs will cook for 12 minutes, and a timer will count down.

After the timer beeps, open the lid to check the eggs.

Let the eggs sit in the cooker for a few minutes to cool down.

Grab the eggs with a pair of tongs and place them in a bowl of cold water.

Rinse the eggs under cool water to help with peeling.

Peel the eggs and check the yolk for doneness.
