2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
