1 ½ Cup (227 grams) Ground Turkey Sausage
Hot Sauce or Salsa of Choice
Honduran Creme or Sour Cream
Spray Oil
1 ½ Cup (227 grams) Shredded Marinated Beef or Chicken
1 Avocado
1 Can of Refried Beans (refried black beans or red beans)

Start by cooking your turkey sausage. Set it aside when finished.

Cook the eggs next. For traditional baleadas, scramble the eggs.

Prepare the baleadas. Place the scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, cream, cheese, and salsa in each tortilla.

Fold each tortilla over and press tightly.
