Welcome to the channel, today we're making Pan de Torta.
If you don't like cinnamon sticks, you can use ground cinnamon.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder and 1 tablespoon of yeast.
Measure 1 cup of oil, 8 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 0.5 cups of sugar.
Sift 5 cups of flour and set aside.
Add a few drops of yellow food coloring to the eggs because the eggs here are very white.
Put the eggs in the blender and blend them.
Reserve the blended eggs while preparing the other ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil and sugar.
Add the blended eggs to the mixture.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture.
Add the milk and a pinch of salt.
Mix for 5-6 minutes until well combined, but you can also do this by hand.
Check the consistency to ensure there are no lumps in the batter.
Fill the baking molds with the batter, leaving some space at the top.
You can add raisins or sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in the oven, timing will depend on your oven, but it took 25 minutes for mine.
The cake can be enjoyed with coffee, milk, or soda.
