6 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked red beans
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 red onion

sour cream (crema)

Blend the cooked red beans until smooth.

Heat olive oil in a medium heat pan and add the caramelized red onion.

Add the blended beans and mix well, cooking on low heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine 6 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
