Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of spelt flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Add nutritional yeast and Himalayan smoked salt to the flour mixture and stir.
Add olive oil to the mixture, leaving small globules for texture.
Finely chop fresh rosemary and add it to the mixture, stirring well.
Gradually add water, mixing until the dough just comes together; do not add all the water at once.
If using a pasta machine, roll the dough through to desired thickness, or roll it out between two pieces of baking paper with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
