The Cod Recipe You Didn’t Know You Needed – Fennel, Tomatoes & Capers

Put the gas on and heat some oil in the pan.

Add chopped shallots and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Chop fennel into pieces that are not too thick or thin, then add to the pan and sauté.

Pour in a little white wine and stir.

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan.

Dissolve sea salt in water and add it to the pan.

Add red pepper flakes and hot pepper to taste.

Once the mixture is boiling, add the catfish pieces one by one on top of the mixture.

Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.

Turn off the gas and serve the dish, garnishing with tomatoes, fennel, and parsley.
