Pistachio Kunafa Brownies

Sift together 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder into a large bowl.

In another bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and whisk until combined.

Add 1 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in 1/2 cup of milk chocolate using a spatula.
