Mix whole wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually, kneading until a soft dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll each portion into a ball and flatten slightly.
Spread ghee on the surface of the flattened dough.
Fold the dough into pleats, then roll it into a spiral.
Flatten the spiral gently with your palm.
Roll out the spiral into a flat disc, maintaining the layers.
Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
Cook the paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Brush with ghee while cooking for extra flavor.
Serve hot with yogurt or curry.
