Lightly saute some carrots, onions, and celery in a pot.
Add 1 pound of ground pork and 2 pounds of ground beef to the pot and brown the meat.
Once the meat is browned, add 1 full bottle of Chianti wine to the pot.
Optionally, add some tomato sauce seasoned to taste.
Turn the heat down to low and let the sauce simmer for about three hours.
