Cut the Pomo and put it in a saucepan.
Boil the Pomo until tender, then drain the water.
Blend chili peppers, red pepper, onions, and bell peppers to make a pepper mix.
Pour oil into a saucepan and add diced onions, stirring well.
Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and mix until well combined.
Add a little water and stir.
Add the boiled Pomo into the sauce and stir until well mixed.
Cover and allow to steam for at least 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, stir and add the pepper mix.
Cover and cook for at least 2 minutes.
Add spring onions and stir well.
