2 tablespoons oil
2 red onions

In a bowl, combine chicken with yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, kashmiri chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pot and sear the marinated chicken in batches until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
