Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until brown and translucent.
Add chopped lamb and sear the outside for about 3 minutes.
Add dried thyme and oregano while the lamb cooks.
Add chopped potatoes, rutabaga, carrots, beef broth, and a little water.
Sprinkle in sea salt and pepper, stir, and cover the slow cooker.
Cook on medium for 4 hours.
One hour before it's done, add chopped cabbage.
After 4 hours, let cool down and refrigerate before serving.
