The tradition of baking cinnamon rolls has been embraced globally, with variations featuring different spices and toppings, making them a universal comfort food.

Add milk, sugar, and butter to a bowl to start the dough.
Mix the wet ingredients until combined and then add the yeast to bloom.
Once the yeast blooms, add 4 cups of flour and stir until combined.
Use a stand mixer with a kneading hook for 20 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
Roll the dough into a large rectangle at least 1 centimeter thick.
For the filling, mix 120 grams of sugar, 6 tablespoons of butter, and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
Spread the filling evenly on the dough and roll it up tightly.
Cut the rolled dough into pieces about 4 centimeters thick.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Melt 250 grams of chocolate to top the cinnamon rolls.
