1 cup grated cabbage
1 nos. carrot (steamed)
2 to 3 nos. beans (steamed)
1 cup paneer cut into cubes
1/2 cup sprouted green moong
1/2 cup black chana (soaked overnight and cooked in cooker on high heat for 5 to 7 whistles)
2 cups boiled noodles
1/2 cup grilled prawn
1/2 cup grilled chicken
1/2 cup sweet lime juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp of honey and chaat masala powder mixture
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp mixed herb
1 tsp of parsley garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup chopped parsley or coriander leaves
1/2 cup each of red, yellow bell pepper and green capsicum
1/2 tsp of chopped green chillies
1/2 cup mushroom sauted
1 tsp kasundi or mustard power mixed in water in equal proportion
1 tbsp olive oil or salad oil or refined oil
1/2 cup of chopped almonds or cashew nuts
2 nos. boiled eggs (cut in pieces)
