1.2 oz (32 g) fresh ginger
7-8 garlic cloves
1/4 cup (59 ml) light soy sauce
1/2 cup (135 g) creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup (78 ml) honey
zest of 2 medium oranges
zest of 2 small limes
