1 large onion, roughly chopped

1 tbs garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbs fresh ginger, grated
1 can coconut milk
2 tomatoes cut in big cubes
1/2 cup plain yogurt
salt and pepper (we recommend 1-2 tsp salt)
Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
